It's the weekend again!

Well done, you made it to the end of week two.
HOMEWORK:
We have been through the maths in class, so you should be fine for PCM p5. Remember it is the nearest hundreds you are rounding to. To help you, make number cards for youself of the numbers 2,7,4 and 8.

Comprehension:
Read the information about the Mars landing and answer the questions. This week can we make sure of two things please. We all write in FULL sentences, using the questions to help you word the answer. (Never start a sentence with 'because'!)

Reading:
You will have two new reading books today so enjoy. They will be changed again on Sunday, so you have four days to read them. Make sure you don't just READ your books; talk about the stories, discuss the characters etc, and read OTHER stuff too like newspapers, magazines and your own choice of books. All these things will help you increase your vocabulary.

It's not in a book Thea, it was a photocopied sheet called 'Touch down on the Red Planet'. I gave them out on Wednesday. If you don't have it, don't worry, I will give you another one next wek and you can try and fit it in on another night. Mrs. W.
