Circle Time!

As part of our PSHE (Personal, Social, and Health Education) we use 'Circle Time'. Here are some pictures of our class doing it! We pass 'Macy' the dog around the circle and take it in turns to speak. You can only speak if you are holding 'Macy'. It is good for encouraging listening to each other and makes sure that everyone who wants to has a chance to speak. You can 'pass' if you don't have anything to say too. We have discussed all sorts of things in Circle Time, from healthy eating, favourite books or movies, what are we afraid of, hopes for the year etc. THIS week we will be electing out STUDENT COUNCIL Representative, so we will use our PSHE time to discuss the role of that person and people who are interested in doing it will have a chance to do a speech to the class about why we should pick them. Then we will vote. Results next week. Watch this space...
